As a member, you’ll have the unique privilege of voting for the annual Michigan Music Awards. Your vote helps determine the winners in various categories, celebrating the achievements and talents of musicians across the state.

Joining The Michigan Music Awards is a straightforward process designed to ensure that our community is made up of individuals who are genuinely contributing to and passionate about Michigan’s music scene. Whether you’re a musician, producer, manager, promoter, or any other music industry professional, we welcome you to apply.
To begin, you’ll need to fill out our Membership Application Form. The application will ask for details about your role in the Michigan music industry and the ways in which you’ve contributed to its growth and development. Some of the information you will be asked to provide includes:
Once your application is submitted, it will be reviewed by the Michigan Music Awards team to ensure that your experience aligns with the goals and mission of our organization.
The Michigan Music Awards team will carefully review your application. We take pride in fostering a community of individuals who are dedicated to the growth of Michigan's music scene. You can expect to hear back from us within 5-7 business days. If you meet our membership criteria, you will be officially accepted into our community.
Once your application is approved, you will receive an email with a link to complete your membership payment. You’ll have the option to choose between two membership levels:
Upon successful payment, your membership will be activated, and you will gain immediate access to all the benefits, including voting rights, exclusive content, networking events, and more!
Once your payment is processed, you will officially become a member of The Michigan Music Awards. You will receive a welcome email containing your member details, information about upcoming events, and instructions on how to vote in the annual awards.
